Outstanding program. I lost nearly 60 lbs. in a very short period of time. I would recommend this program to anyone and everyone!
Everyone at SOTA is so kind and helpful and encouraging. Most of all they are very knowledgeable about nutrition and the weekly meetings with them have helped me lose 84 lbs so far and I never thought I’d be at the weight I am now as a 47 year old man. SOTA is GREAT!

This program has been a life changer! This is my one-year anniversary since making goal weight. Lost 85 lbs. and feeling great!! Yes, I’ve had to make some major nutritional changes. And I miss some of those old comfort foods that I used to eat. But I don’t miss the lack of energy or the fatness that was just dragging me down! Staying on top of my nutritional game is always a challenge but I’m able to maintain the results and that is wonderful!! I highly recommend SOTA! It will change your life!!
