I asked very specific questions on the phone that may have told me at that time that it was not right for me. They did not directly answer my question but led me to believe the program was flexible enough to address my concerns. It is not.

If you were attempting to get nutrition or weight loss answers from the front desk, they would have directed you to make an appointment to sit with a SOTA nutritionist to review your health history profile, body composition analysis and then answer specific questions about your flexibility concerns.
