My weight loss has been a totally successful! The staff has been very supportive these past months. Goals were set so I could achieve them through out program. Staff gave me support and has answered all questions along the way.
The staff at the Fort Worth location are awesome! Always accommodating whatever my needs are, I’ve tried many diets and this diet has really put me on the right track! Everything is set out and planned out for you, it’s almost no effort in trying to figure out what to eat. It is a little pricey depending on how long your program is set at. Believe me though, when I tell you it’s worth every penny!
I feel great and finally found a program that works for me.
Just passed the 1 year mark on this journey. I still manage to be right at my desired weight. I couldn’t do this without the guidance from the folks at the Fort Worth office. They are always available to answer questions and provide the guidance to maintain a healthy lifestyle
All around a great program. You not only lose weight, but you learn why you’re losing weight the right way. I have made it to my goal weight and am on maintenance now. It doesn’t feel like maintenance at all as I have learned so much on how and what to do it just comes naturally to me now. The whole staff at SOTA are so great to work with. They genuinely are there for you at all times with any questions you might have and have. Going to my consultation and the signing up was the best thing I have ever done for myself.
I asked very specific questions on the phone that may have told me at that time that it was not right for me. They did not directly answer my question but led me to believe the program was flexible enough to address my concerns. It is not.

I have lost over 90 pounds since June and I feel so much better. My stomach is healthier and I have more energy overall.

Love this place. Super nice and knowledgeable staff that does a fantastic job supporting and educating you through your weight loss journey. I highly recommend this service.
