I went to the Fort Worth location and spoke for a long time with Teryn and she was amazing, encouraging, and so helpful and informative. The front desk folks were nice and helpful as well.
It’s expensive and that may be a factor in its effectiveness. I needed to take weight loss more seriously. It has been great for me and it is working as planned.

In maintenance now and the support continues to be excellent.
What can I say but wow!! I have lost 130 lbs to date and am closing in on my goal weight. Just follow the program and it will work. It’s fun seeing people you know and haven’t seen in a while and see their reaction. Today one of my sons and I were outside and he just started laughing. I asked him what was so funny and he said I can’t believe how much weight you’ve lost and how you look right now.
Presenter was strait forward and presented all facts .Was very passionate in her job.
First day was great. House guest just started KETO; hubby on low fat. I cooked separately for the two of them and stayed on my SOTA program. Took my house guest to look at senior living. Facility provided our lunch (my substitute for dinner). The fixed me grilled cod, broccoli and sautéed spinach. Dinner, I had my SOTA intended for lunch. Only way I faulted was barely drank water.
