All I can say what a great program. The whole support team at Sota have been fantastic and had my back the whole time. I have hit my goal weight and now started my maintenance program. And the great thing is they will be with me the whole time. After my first week on maintenance I have lost 160 lbs. I can’t say enough how fantastic the whole staff is and I enjoyed each time I went to weigh in. Thanks SOTA, you’ve changed my life.

This program has been a godsend for me! The food is delicious which makes it very easy to stay on track. I've tried many of the online recipes and they are amazing. I can't say enough about the counselors. They are always very encouraging and ready to celebrate your weight loss victories with you. I cannot recommend this program highly enough!
So far I am in Week 5 of the program and have lost 20 lbs abs everyone is so nice and helpful and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
