All of the staff have been incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging and very helpful. The food is surprisingly good and I love having a plan which is what I was lacking in the past. I’ve only been on the program for a short period of time but have already seen incredible results and actually more weight loss at this point than predicted. Great experience !!

Staff is friendly and engaged. There is a good variety in the supplements and snacks. I still have a lot of fat to lose, but after three weeks I have dropped in excess of 13 lbs. There was also a good plan implemented for social distancing during the coronavirus outbreak. Overall, I am very pleased with the program.
I could not have been as successful as I have been without the support, guidance, and encouragement of the Fort Worth Office. Rebecca, Kristin, Zoe, Teryn, Colton, Allison, and the owners Mark & Evani have been just the best! (Hope I didn't miss anyone.) I had a 15 month journey and lost 135 pounds. My name is Mark Warner. Because of my health I am not able to do the physical workouts that I have done for most of my life. My weight was up to 314 lbs. I went to S.O.T.A.
