I have lost 126 pounds since 4/28/25. Started at 395 down to 269, got about 49 more to go. First 3 or 4 days are difficult, but after that, not too bad. Just gotta stick to it and it works :)!!!
The team at sota is so nice and understanding. Its a great program with unbelievable support. Everyone there is genuinely cares about you especially Blanca and Shonyi in the fort worth office. Its expensive but worth it. Ive lost 97lbs in 8 months and am still working on it. Im looking forward to hitting my first major goal this week.

I am loving the SOTA Weight loss Program! I was reluctant at first but after meeting with Rebecca in the Fort Worth office, I knew this was the program for me. They use real foods, but allow you to have protein shakes and bars for convenience. I have been able to incorporate this program into my daily life and am losing the weight, even though I am smack dab in the middle of perimenopause. The SOTA team is the cheerleading that I need to do this. Yes, the weight loss and change in life is rewarding, however the people that support are PRICELESS.
