The program seemed to work, I did not follow it has closely has I should have. I cannot afford to continue on any longer, and I will continue to on my own program. Thank you all your help.

I’ve done the program in the past and obviously I like the support and results. As always, the staff is friendly, Kind and supportive.
I've lost over 45 pounds. It has been tough at times, but I appreciate the encouragement and support for SOTA staff.
The maintenance program is awesome. They are very helpful and very nice.
