Everyone I have talked to have been very helpful. I have only been on the program about 3 weeks. Have lost 15 lbs. Sure makes a person want to continue. I don't see the name of the persons I have talked to so reason I clicked on Support@SOTA Weight Loss. Thanks.

The SOTA program works if you follow it. SOTA does a fantastic job guiding its clients to make smart eating decisions both at home and outside. The counselors are excellent resources. If I ever have questions about what I can eat when dining out, I text my counselor, and she gets back to me with "SOTA-approved" food options. The weekly check-ins and food journaling help with accountability and pinpointing what may be hindering any progress. I am a 69 year old female and lost 42 lbs. in 6 months on this weight loss plan. It wasn’t too hard to follow as long as you are good eating alot of animal protein and veggies. Sticking to the plan and weighing yourself once a week keeps your weight in check. Keep your eye on the end goal (you won’t be eating like this forever) and you will succeed. I worked with Blake. I probably started my weight loss where most people stop. I wasn’t too out of shape, but I wanted to lose about 10 more pounds and wasn’t able to do it myself. When I talked to the advisor, she asked me what my goal was. I said I’d like to lose 9 pounds in 3 months, just to be conservative. She said she thought I could lose 9 pounds in one month.
