I joined SOTA about 6 weeks ago because I have seen how well some others have done. It is an expensive program, but I have had success. I am down 27 lbs at this point, and I am still highly motivated. My wife and I are doing this together, so that helps. The first week was a little difficult due to adjusting to a new normal. Amazing - Best way to lose weight and more importantly KEEP IT OFF!!!!!!
SOTA changed my life. I lost 49lbs in 5 months.’My habits have changed. My relationship with food has changed. There are two really bad things that have happened, though. I’ve had to spend money to get my wedding ring taken down a half size and I’ve had to replace my entire wardrobe.
The atmosphere at SOTA is awesome. When IDiego greets me with his big smile, and everyone is supportive and friendly. Way back when Theresa first interviewed me and my new life began. O could not hav e done it with these great people. Effie was very encouraging this visit.
Lost 36 lbs in 14 weeks. Just follow the program. Have been on maintenance a couple of months. Wish they sold their products to supplement the maintenance program as I miss some of them as they were good. For some the cost is high if you look at it ona weekly basis, but if you think about the end result, ~&10 per pound lost is not bad at all. In my case, worth every penny.
Amazing customer service. We have had 3 different nutritionists work with us-ALL have been amazing. The front desk is always polite and helpful! The program works!!!
