It took a while, along with regular TrT injections, but I shed 25 lbs from the information and education I rec'd at SOTA. Highly recommended. I've introduced "forbidden" foods into my diet but in very limited proportions. Do this, you will like it!
SOTA allowed me to get to my desired weight which started out at 210 now to 175! The loss of the extra weight has been a benefit in many areas, my sugar level is down in the normal range, my snoring at night has decreased a lot, my energy levels have increased, and I feel much better about myself and appearance. I have been on the SOTA maintenance program since the fall of 2023. With the guidance of the nutritionist I have managed to stay within 5 pounds of my target weight.
Life changing
SOTA is more than a weight lose program. SOTA is family. I lost 105 pounds a few years ago under the SOTA plan. Afterward I went under their maintenance to keep it off. COVID hit, we kept in touch by phone until COVID was under control. I finally stopped checking in - in the office, but what was so amazing they continue to call to check in on me making sure anything is ok.
Changed my life. I have struggled with my weight for most of my life. You showed me how to eat right and the weight feel off. 65 pounds lost and I’m still going on my own with assistance from SOTA.

After 3 weeks on the program, I'm losing weight steadily. The food products are overall great. The weekly support has been really good and helpful. I do recommend SOTA weightloss.
