I was amazed and pleased with the results. I lost about 2-3 pounds per week, wasn’t hungry and pretty much ate good meals. It was easier than I thought it would be.
This is the best methodology for weight loss that I have seen. Teach you the foods to eat and portions. It’s all good and 20 pounds are gone. Still have another 10 to go.

Supportive during my weight loss journey and maintenance
I was able to reach my goal weight in less than the time targeted to reach my goal weight. My nutritionist was with me the whole way. She made sure I stayed on track and helped me with any questions I may have had. If you follow your plan to the letter you will absolutely lose the weight. I was never hungry and I was provided with very tasty recipes that were easy to make and required little preparation time. SOTA is definitely worth the money spent to achieve a healthy weight.
The people have been very positive. When I have told them of a product I did not care for they do not seen to keep good track at that. The packers and counselors need to work closer together
So far everyone I have spoken with has been very helpful and friendly. I have not received my box of food yet so I have not actually started the diet, but am anxious to start and begin losing weight.
