The service experience was prompt, courteous and professional. The mechanic was able to complete the work in a timely manner - exceeded my expectations. I scheduled a loaner car for job but did not need it. Great team and great service.

Scheduled an appt with South Point Honda automated system. I dropped the car off the evening before the appointment and the repairs were finished the next afternoon. Derek M. was my service specialist. He was courteous and knowledgeable.
Everybody and everything was wonderful. My only regret is that they did not have decaf coffee. It was a great experience and again the customer service was excellent.
