I worked with Solomon Mendoza, service consulant, he was able to get me the part, in the color needed, quickly , effeciently and with out drama or any issues. Solomon also helped me to set up a sunbit account to help finance the repair. Mr. Mendoza is an asset and wonderful representive for Southpoint Honda.
Customer service was fantastic.
Jerrod made it very easy for me most all dealing was done by text. Was thrilled with how the whole transaction was handled. But it was delivered to me the windshield had not been touched had suction cup marks in a film any idiot would have seen it. And I addressed that from the beginning when they said they were gonna detail it I said please just one thing I asked did the windows not be streaky I don't even think they washed them so I did it myself when I got home but again, Jared was excellent.
