Table of 4, food was not good overall and the manager blamed the fact it was busy. One meal was replaced but just as terrible. It was taken off the bill but we would not return again.

Staff was rude, manager had to keep helping resolve ou r issues food great but it recked our experience

We had booked a table for two but we're placed on a table next to the door. I sat indoors with a blanket on my legs for the meal. I would have thought that they would have tried to offer us another table but that was not the case. Food ok.
Food was lovely, although for the Meat sharing platter for £80 didn't have enough salad for 2 people & the chips were hardly enough for 2 people. The rest of the food was lovely. Noise level was hard to endure as the party next to us were oblivious to the noise they were making, which averaged a constant 80dB (measured it!!) This is the upper threshold were ear protection is required in a work environment! That aside, the service & servers were lovely.
Entertaining evening, ambience excellent and a little loud,we were next but one to the piano, my only criticism is the food, was portion size good, average cooked for the price so therefore I felt overpriced in particular the calamari starters @ £14.00 , £5.00 for bread basket, again for the money the balsamic was poor.

Food was very mediocre. Overcooked butterfly prawns and most main courses were lukewarm. Very attentive waiting staff and lovely ambiance with the piano player.

Food was very disappointing. Soup was tasteless and prawns were greasy. Chicken skewers were basic. Was so looking forward to it and left deflated. Ordered coffee and when it arrived waiter asked if we wanted the bill? Hadn't finished our meal.

I was very disappointed with my meal here. The pea and asparagus risotto was tasteless with raw onion - it was as if raw veg had been added to warm rice. The duck salad was mainly leaves. The waiter service was fine until we made it clear we wouldn’t be having a dessert or drink and thrn they we just couldn’t get their attention. The piano player played wallpaper background music .. you could have heard in a supermarket aisle. There are loads of cheaper and nicer places nearby.
