We had a good evening because of the fantastic guitarist and atmosphere. The service was also attentive and good. However, the food was not great, bland chicken wings, soggy bruschetta, over cooked fish and greasy chips. If they could level up the food to the atmosphere and service they’d be on to a winner.

We booked the Piano bar based on the amazing reviews for this restaurant. Like many things in life these days, don't trust the online reviews. A piano bar without a pianist, so just a standard bar with little atmosphere The food was good however if you are expecting something grand or with an amazing atmosphere, it was far from this. An everyday high street restaurant talked up to bag some unsuspecting tourists at best. Whatever you do, don't pay to reserve a table. Turn up and see if the pianist has turned up first.

The restaurant appears to be a fancy restaurant, according to the website they have a business casual dress code. The mixed drinks were disappointing, the food was boring and needed salt, surprising for the price of things. The only redeeming things about our experience was the waitstaff and were very friendly and kind. Our waiter gave us dessert recommendations and the desserts were the best thing we had here.

Great cocktails and meal. Loved the 2for1 drink deal but when we went to pay was very disappointed that we had been charged for more drinks then we should as staff had not taken the discount on each time we ordered drinks. Took 2 edits to get the bill correct. Felt a little like we were being taken advantage of because I imagine a lot of people don’t check the bill.

The menu is set no specials. Food adequate. It could be so much better. The staff very friendly.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated, staff were very friendly however it is SO over priced. £90 for a bread basket, 2 mains, a cocktail and a craft of wine!!!! Couldn’t believe it when the bill came!!! The mains were a pasta dish and a chicken dish! Go somewhere else as this is far too pricey for what it is.

Very disappointing. Food cold, service extremely slow and constantly had to ask for waiters attention. Parts of the food were missing and food (we went for breakfast) was poor quality. I live in Bath and arranged to meet friends who had travelled from London. It was my recommendation and I was very embarrassed.

Was not happy with the table, could not have moved as it was busy, food was bland not good value for money.service was ok, the only thing that rescued the evening was a couple on the next table who lived near by where we came from, small world.

Nice, new venue but very average food and expensive for what it was. On this occasion the waitress was very blunt and unfriendly from the moment we walked in to being presented with the bill (service charge was included) despite not having requested it.
