Good service but the atmosphere was a bit weird, not sure if they are trying to be a full on dinning or pub grub!, ordered the falafel and calamari to start both were terrible dry and chewy (calamari is from a frozen bag!). Main was basic it’s like going kebab shop after night out but eating it in a restaurant and paying three times as much. Such a shame as really had our hopes up and wished it was better as we need more nice places to eat in Bath.

Really disappointed with our experience. After waiting to be seated for half hour, as the table wasn’t ready. Having to order drink at the bar and waiting for them to be made, however we weren’t given our drinks when we were finally allocated our table 10 mins later. We waited around 30/40 minutes to order and a 45 minute wait between each course where two courses were wrong and had to be sent back, making our evening meal a total of 3 hours long. We were visiting from South Africa and expected more but we were not impressed especially for a New Years Eve dinner experience. The the meat platter for 2 was dry and tasteless, there was no ambience or any attempt at making it festive and the service was very poor. Definitely not value for money unfortunately

My partner and I were looking to celebrate New Year's Eve in Bath. We booked a table at Square for the evening. It took more than an hour to receive two steaks after we had ordered them. When they arrived, the quality was substandard and certainly not medium rare, as we had requested. TERRIBLE. Sold an NYE experience in a piano bar and although we pre booked, we had to wait 20/30 minutes to be seated. Told to wait at the bar that was impossible to get a drink because there weren’t enough staff to fulfil the orders for the tables and a patrons at the bar. New Years Eve booking - hair in food! We decided to do a la carte as there was no benefit to doing the set menu. It was £55pp for set 3 courses but You could order the same items offered for all courses on the a la carte and it still would be cheaper than doing the set menu. Genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. 45 minutes to get seated, shunted to the bar in the mean time where the bar staff did not serve anyone around the bar. Bar staff asked what I wanted to drink, and then proceeded to make 5 other drinks before hand. Took 3 hours in total for one of the most average meals I’ve ever had. Shocking service, and ruined my New Year’s Eve. Will never be returning and I recommend you stay well clear

Had a booking for 8.45 but wasn’t seated until 30 minutes later. We were told to wait at the bar to order a drink but was never served and the bar staff looked uninterested and came across quite rude. We had booked for the standard menu and when I had spoken to one of the waiters he had said it was only a set menu which wasn’t made clear in the booking what so ever. Ended up walking out and was left a very unsatisfied customer. Will not be returning.

There was items listed on the pre paid menu that were not available once in the restaurant. There seemed to have been an overbooking at the time me and my wife had booked so we were stood waiting for a short period of time whilst they had to wait for people to leave.
