Technician resolved our issue very efficiently and performed preventive maintenance on a few other appliances while he was there. Very professional!

The technician was very nice. The problem which I called about turned out NOT to be a problem. He checked over the refrigerator and cleaned something and explained that the freezer drawer lining which was ripped was not a problem. He was polite and a nice young man.

Our service person, Trevor Beer did an excellent job: He was on time, gave us estimates when he promised, did the work in a timely fashion, completely cleaned up his work space, answered our questions, wore a mask and foot coverings in our home.
