Both the technicians were knowledgeable and courteous . They put pads down so they didn't damage the floor when they laid the dishwasher down. They answered all my questions.

Manny has been here a number of times and is always pleasant and professional. So much so that we request him on return visits. We have been disappointed in the reliability of the SubZero 700 refrigerator as we have had numerous service calls. I have not kept track, but we have probably spent more on its service than we paid for it in the beginning. The price is pretty steep but Manny is a pleasure to work with. He knows his stuff, works efficiently, takes care with our place and cleans up when he finishes.
