We had a power outage one Sunday back in March 2022 that resulted in our SubZero fridge control panel fuse burning out. I called Sterling Service Group the following Monday and they were able to send out an experienced technician hours later. I met Rob P. and he diagnosed and got our fridge up and running in no time flat! He was so knowledgeable and helped change my fridge filter as well. Would use Sterling Service Group 100x over and would recommend them to anyone. Rob P was wonderful!

I called on a Friday, Ricky came on Monday to inspect the unit and determine the problem, and installed a replacement compressor on Thursday. It's working fine now!
