Not only was Sterling professional and knowledgeable, but when they saved money on the part I needed, they passed on the savings to me. When was the last time you dealt with someone so honest? I can’t remember. But dealing with Sterling is a complete pleasure. Their technicians are on time and efficient. Their receptionist are courteous and helpful. I wouldn’t call anyone else, ever.

The tech came in, got right to work as he was on the 30 minute clock, identified the issue and replaced the faulty part. All done and operational within the 30 mins. Great work and informative. Rob did a bang up job.
