Sterling was excellent from beginning to end. They were able to send a technician right away, and Isaac, the technician, was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Isaac immediately identified the issue and presented solutions. He ordered the parts and came out to install them as soon as they were delivered. Top-notch service all around.
