The tech was very knowledgeable and explained things as he went along. Everything he did he left me know & explained. Alliance called to set things up & tell me which Tech was coming & an estimated time which was very helpful. Alliance is also my specialty pharmacy. They call when it is time to renew my script & make sure I am not having any problems. Basically they are all courteous & well informed

A fellow joined ur group who was from Carolina and he was coming here to set me up and Kyle told him we were real nice people and he felt relaxed when he got here. the person that came out to install the equipment was very professional very personal a very good person and the few people I talk to on the phone seem to be very nice and personal
Although I was never personally a patient of Alliance, I was an employee and loved every moment of what I did. My supervisors always kindly and gently pushed for more excellence through creative training and constant communication. By far the best company I have ever worked for!
