Went inside for tire emergency. Just needed to check if it was tire issue or the gas stations air hose. The guy in the front desk is a complete ass Hole. He said they were so backed up and busy when I see three mechanics just sitting on their ass. Plus I just needed to use the air hose and check what was the issue. DO NOT COME HERE!!
I was so glad to get my service done here, fast and dependable definitely will be back to have my car taken cared again. Thank you to all staff at Stress Free, the name says itself.

I'm Jenny Shu, Because the quiet new battery of my car died for no apparent reason after only two months, and after replacing the battery with an another new one, I was worried about the cause, so I took the car to stress-free auto care, and they made detailed and repeated tests on my car, and the result did not find anything wrong and they waived the dignostic fee, which reassures me of the service and does not care about the charges fee. highest rec! i get stressed out going to auto shops because ive had some bad experiences, but this was great. i came to replace all my tires and fix some issues with them. the manager Albert is a good communicator-- he explained to me what the issue with my stud/lugnut was, explained how negligence occurs, how they would fix them the correct way, etc. super nice and unpatronizing! pricing was upfront and always included the full total. as a bonus this was the most digitized auto shop ive ever been to--regular text updates on... read more
They were super responsive to all of my calls. They gave me an accurate cost estimate up front, and the car was ready even earlier than expected. Albert was incredibly friendly and minimized my anxiety about getting car repairs!
Honest and trustworthy. Two words I normally wouldn't associate with an auto mechanic. But stress free looked at my car, did only the necessary work, and didn't try to upsell me on unneeded repairs. Whole process was simple. Thanks guys!
