Stress-Free? I took my car in this morning, because the check-engine light was on, so I couldn't get a smog inspection. The first thing they had me do was agree with my signature to a $240 inspection. I should have walked out then, but I was in a hurry, and signed it like a damn fool. They take that opportunity to look for more work they can sell you, then charge you $240 for it. Then they gave me a list of 18 things that needed to be fixed, some overstated, some bogus. $152 for an oil change on my wife's Hyundai Santa Fe. (They charged for doing a "multipoint inspection", too, which is typically included at Hyundai service center.) I really don't get this -- can't help but wonder if my wife was taken advantage of (...she doesn't know much about car maintenance or servicing; I usually take care of the cars but have recently been too busy to do so). Went inside for tire emergency. Just needed to check if it was tire issue or the gas stations air hose. The guy in the front desk is a complete ass Hole. He said they were so backed up and busy when I see three mechanics just sitting on their ass. Plus I just needed to use the air hose and check what was the issue. DO NOT COME HERE!!
I was so glad to get my service done here, fast and dependable definitely will be back to have my car taken cared again. Thank you to all staff at Stress Free, the name says itself.
