I recently went back for my third oil change plus replacing front brakes on my MBZ E350. They remain consistent. Great friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Gave me a great price for the brake job. Plus the 15% Costco Auto repair program discount. Expert mechanics and time frame given for the job was reasonable and car was ready as promised. Walk-in accepted but best bet is reservation. Wifi and seating area available but Estelle's bakery is just a a half block away.

My experience here was letter perfect. I took a car in for a Pre-Purchase inspection. The gentleman I dealt was was extremely friendly. When the inspection was done, he gave me video of what the only problem was (no window washer fluid was coming out) and he advised me that otherwise it was a clean car. The waiting area there is comfortable with nice furniture as opposed to metal chairs. My experience with Stress-Free was top-notch and I would recommend them to anyone.

Ac repaired and oil leak fixed. These guys are a well rounded repair shop. Alex and staff are professional but personal and fair in their actions. I used this Stress Free location once for my wife's 2016 Jeep & twice for my 2013 F150. Alex Philo is the shop GM. He is fair, honest & extremely customer oriented. He patiently explains what their comprehensive analysis of your vehicle found. The system even shows you pictures & videos of their inspection.
