This is the second time I have been here. I had great service as well as customer service. They took care of my needs, and it was definitely stress-free.

After a not so great experience at another shop, I went here to get a second opinion about if the advice I'd received was legit. Gave me a very thorough review of the quote I'd gotten, what was priced well, what seemed necessary and what didn't. He didn't try to sell me anything, and actually advised that I not fix my car and just sell it instead. Stress-Free is really stress free. Simple as that. They are efficient, direct, and answer all my questions. I've been going tot his shop since I've been in Sac, so for 2-3yrs because I had a good experience with the shop in Mountain View. It never fails each time. The managers and technician and very detailed and really strive to give good service. Had a pre-purchase inspection done on a vehicle. Mechanic was very thorough and walked me through everything he found, and the online report was very detailed. Price definitely worth the piece of mind I was buying a good vehicle.

Great experience! They did a fantastic job tuning up my car and giving a fair and accurate estimate. The waiting area was clean and welcoming. Andrew at the front desk was also so helpful and friendly. Looking forward to coming back!
They were great. Hands down the best service ever. I would consider them family and I only met them once. They went far beyond what I expected and they are truly honest. Alex should have his picture on the company logo. They are second to none on that Arden way location
