My husband and I were leaving the doctor's office down the street when the serpentine belt in his Honda ripped. It sounded like it was hitting against something under the hood. We went to Stress-free to see if they had time to help us since it was down the street. Thankfully , even though we didn't have an appointment, they were able to take us in and replace the belt. This is an amazing Auto care facility! I bought an Older Ford ranger when I was tending to a family mater when the clutch went completely out and left me stranded. stress-Free Auto Care had me back on the road in less then 24 hours. I had wonderful LESS STRESSED experience! Alex is a good listener and amazingly knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The servicing on my vehicle was completed with no complaints. However, your service desk rep, was overwhelm and a second person was needed to help with the scheduling the in and out of the customers. Alex, your general manager was very nice and helpful, but overwhelmed.

This company is very well organized with great communication tools between the shop and their client. I was having a general diagnostic done due to some transmission problems. Alex and his mechanic assisted and provided a great comprehensive review with photos, classifying between Red, Orange and Green items. They did a diagnosis of my transmission issues and identified the problem.
