Had an amazing experience here and definitely found my forever mechanics. I needed to do a pre-purchase vehicle inspection to see if anything was wrong with the vehicle. I got a full report with notes and pictures of everything. Naomi answered all my questions with my anxiety ridden questions also. She was able to tell me when they do for inspections. She also helped me look up information regarding getting a secondary key fob programmed.. which news flash.. they do too!! So waiting to go back to get a new key fob programmed... read more

Naomi is super helpful! Got an oil change and spark plugs replaced, pricing was fair. Was very nice and will be returning.

Without a doubt, the best experience I've ever had taking my car in for service. How I have driven past this amazing purple building all these years and not noticed it, I have no idea. Making an appointment online was easy and it was confirmed via email and text right away, plus there was a coupon for booking online. Their entire process is honestly the best I have ever experienced when it comes to auto repair. From scheduling online, price estimate, diagnostic reports, etc. The communication throughout the day with texts and emails was amazing!! We were updated on when they began work on the car, which areas were urgent, needed attention and were in good working order. I appreciated the transparency. Thanks so much for the Stress Free auto care and repair. Naomi was very friendly and was very patient with me when I was asking questions about my car repairs and servicing. I had a comfortable waiting area with air conditioning and music while waiting. I will bring my Honda Accord back again for my next oil change.

In need of brake replacement for my X3, I was referred to this establishment by Costco. The service team exhibited exceptional transparency and honesty, fostering a comfortable and respectful atmosphere. They exceeded my expectations by price matching and saving me time. The only thing missing was post-service wash.
