Without a doubt, the best experience I've ever had taking my car in for service. How I have driven past this amazing purple building all these years and not noticed it, I have no idea. Their entire process is honestly the best I have ever experienced when it comes to auto repair. From scheduling online, price estimate, diagnostic reports, etc. The communication throughout the day with texts and emails was amazing!! We were updated on when they began work on the car, which areas were urgent, needed attention and were in good working order. I appreciated the transparency. Thanks so much for the Stress Free auto care and repair. Naomi was very friendly and was very patient with me when I was asking questions about my car repairs and servicing. I had a comfortable waiting area with air conditioning and music while waiting. I will bring my Honda Accord back again for my next oil change.

In need of brake replacement for my X3, I was referred to this establishment by Costco. The service team exhibited exceptional transparency and honesty, fostering a comfortable and respectful atmosphere. They exceeded my expectations by price matching and saving me time. The only thing missing was post-service wash.

We had them evaluate a car we were looking at buying from a private party. They did a thorough inspection of the car and even took the time to do videos of what they found. It was well worth the money. I would highly recommend them.
