A lot of businesses talk to talk, but they don't walk the walk. Stress Free Auto is the exception and I must say I could not be any happier with my relationship with these guys. Naomi and the team deliver great customer service. I brought my car in for a routine oil change. They completed the oil change AND upon inspection were able to flag another issue -- literally with a picture and an arrow showing what needs to be monitored. The cost for the scheduled service was consistent for a synthetic oil change (probably on the lower end), but the added transparency, communication, and customer service is definitely an added value.

Naomi was able to fit me in last minute for a pre purchase inspection. The inspection report was texted to me right away. There were $3000 in immediate issues found so I ended up not getting that car, which saved me a lot of money in the end. I got a much more reliable one. I'm thankful that the inspection worked out with Stress Free and now I can have peace of mind.
