My daughter's car was towed in as the engine had failed and Alex and his team did a great job getting it checked out pretty quick and letting me know what was going on. I appreciate the constant communication and a detailed explanation of what was going on with the car. I also appreciate their honesty in my options for repair. While I didn't have the chance to meet Alex in person, his customer service over the phone was amazing! Next time we need a car repair shop, we will definitely be giving Stress-Free Auto Care a call!

In my experience they were very good. I had an electrical problem that turned out to be minor. They thoroughly document and send you pictures real-time while conducting your repair. Alex was knowledgeable and helpful.

The first guy that I met here provided super service. Now that guy is gone and looks like they hired a person as manager, who cannot service the car at appointment time and who cannot price match what they offered in their yelp message. Stop hiring inferior irresponsible people, Stress Free Autocare.

Very very stressful. Promised to send a quote and never did. Just bad communication and unresponsive when I asked for it 2 days later

Car needed exhaust manifold. I did my homework and understood the depth of the job and the cost of parts from the dealer. Single side exhaust manifold $3400. I was shocked. I asked for a cost breakdown. Parts were almost $800 and 13 hours of labor were quoted. Marco Muffler on Fulton was $500 for parts from Nissan and 6 hours of labor, which he said may be less. That is an astounding cost difference.

Hey Katie! I pulled up the information to verify, and the manufacture book time does call for 13 hours to replace the driver side exhaust manifold. I'm glad Marco was able to give you a great deal on it! But we are only going off the information provided to us via the manufacture labor times as almost all shops do. If you have any other questions don't hesitate to reach out to the shop.
After getting a diagnosis and an estimate for 440 for labor that takes 10 minutes I declined service and paid the diagnostic. They then left a dirty rag in my car, my air filter box open and 2 liquid tubes open in my hood. Didnt know until driving 2 hours in my car with it acting funny. Don't come here, unprofessional and overcharged. I fixed the issue in my car for 24 dollars at autozone And a YouTube video.
