I needed to have Stress Free Auto repair the air conditioning unit in my car. They made sure the unit was working correctly and kept me informed throughout the process. They were transparent about the work and the time to complete the job. Their honesty and customer service are rare these days.

We had them evaluate a car we were looking at buying from a private party. They did a thorough inspection of the car and even took the time to do videos of what they found. It was well worth the money. I would highly recommend them.

Always an upfront experience. Always kind and makes shure I know all that goes on. Decent prices for all that they do. My synthetic oil change was around 400 which is the usual price I get everywhere.

I came in on a busy Sunday with brake issues. I was welcomed, it was explained they wouldn't be able to get to my car until late Monday, I could leave my car. I did. (There is excellent communication by text so it's available for reference.) When my car could be evaluated on Tuesday morning, it was - thoroughly, and I received a complete report with recommendations and pricing. I was able to authorize the work by return text. I wouldn't say it was completely stress free because money, but it was pretty darn close! Right from the start they were prompt and respectful. They performed a multi point inspection and gave me the results quickly. They gave me the straight facts about what is wrong with my car and even though there are a lot of issues with my car that need fixing, they never pressured me into anything. It was so refreshing to walk into the office and be greeted by a professional that didn't go right for my wallet. Naomi is so friendly and easy to talk to. She explained everything very well.
