After a not so great experience at another shop, I went here to get a second opinion about if the advice I'd received was legit. Gave me a very thorough review of the quote I'd gotten, what was priced well, what seemed necessary and what didn't. He didn't try to sell me anything, and actually advised that I not fix my car and just sell it instead. Stress-Free is really stress free. Simple as that. They are efficient, direct, and answer all my questions. I've been going tot his shop since I've been in Sac, so for 2-3yrs because I had a good experience with the shop in Mountain View. It never fails each time. The managers and technician and very detailed and really strive to give good service. Had a pre-purchase inspection done on a vehicle. Mechanic was very thorough and walked me through everything he found, and the online report was very detailed. Price definitely worth the piece of mind I was buying a good vehicle.

Great experience! They did a fantastic job tuning up my car and giving a fair and accurate estimate. The waiting area was clean and welcoming. Andrew at the front desk was also so helpful and friendly. Looking forward to coming back!

They were great. Hands down the best service ever. I would consider them family and I only met them once. They went far beyond what I expected and they are truly honest. Alex should have his picture on the company logo. They are second to none on that Arden way location

Great service -- I found this place initially on yelp and was drawn in by location as well as being open on the weekends! First visit I went in for a regular oil change, Alex was very attentive and knowledgeable. He made great suggestions and offered his own suggestions about services -- including getting my front brakes and rotors replaced. While this would be a more expensive service, he recommended I book online for a coupon! I got 10% off on my second visit. I will definitely be back again and again!

My daughter's car was towed in as the engine had failed and Alex and his team did a great job getting it checked out pretty quick and letting me know what was going on. I appreciate the constant communication and a detailed explanation of what was going on with the car. I also appreciate their honesty in my options for repair. While I didn't have the chance to meet Alex in person, his customer service over the phone was amazing! Next time we need a car repair shop, we will definitely be giving Stress-Free Auto Care a call!
