I had wonderful LESS STRESSED experience! Alex is a good listener and amazingly knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He explained everything and provided me info regarding real time digital access before during and after the work was done through to completion! The prices are reasonable for OUTSTANDING service! 10 + stars if I could!

The servicing on my vehicle was completed with no complaints. However, your service desk rep, was overwhelm and a second person was needed to help with the scheduling the in and out of the customers. Alex, your general manager was very nice and helpful, but overwhelmed.

Alex is knowledgeable and super friendly. He is well organized. service is excellent. Just not sure I needed new air and cabin filters. Will go back again

This company is very well organized with great communication tools between the shop and their client. I was having a general diagnostic done due to some transmission problems. Alex and his mechanic assisted and provided a great comprehensive review with photos, classifying between Red, Orange and Green items. They did a diagnosis of my transmission issues and identified the problem. Went in for an A/C recharge since my car wasn't blowing cold air quickly enough and I would definitely recommend this shop because of how thorough and organized their service is! Alex was really easy to talk to and he communicated very clearly about the processes, updates, as well as the detailed information and estimated costs concerning any urgent/future repairs. They are the only shop that has provided pictures/videos of any concerns that has been brought to my attention so I'm very satisfied with my experience!
