Great business veteran owned! Michael Blum is an outstanding company representative with impressive customer service and problem solving skills! At this business if you need some straight talk and not trying to up charge everything! Michael is very knowledgeable about car repairs and Stress Free Auto Care also does repairs on Teslas at a much more cheaper price. Highly Recommended at great value and stress free.

The team in Sunnyvale has helped me out on several occasions. Their pricing is reasonable, cheaper than the dealership. The time it takes for them to diagnose. They perform prompt service and are always upfront in the pricing. Communicating via text and email is really helpful. I started going to Stress-Free a few years ago because it's very conveniently located relative to where I live. I am consistently impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of all the employees I talk to, and like that they offer the flexibility of staying or leaving while they are doing repairs/maintenance. My first time using stress-free proved to be just that. Mike and his staff was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Mike explained the entire process of what they needed to do to get my Tahoe back up and running. I brought it in due to it overheating. They replaced the warranted parts and fluid needed to get it back on the street.
