I took my 2007 SLK to there guys as they were recommended by a friend. I wanted an overall picture of the condition of the vehicle. They provided that and much more. Attention to detail was far superior to anything I have experienced. They helped me prioritize what was needed and even sent someone to pick up tires so I would get my car back on time. Today my car battery light came on suddenly and I rushed it over to Stress-Free Auto Care in Sunnyvale since they were close by to my house. Mike Shum was able to diagnose the problem quickly. My alternator had given out. Luckily Mike was able to get the part and get it replaced right before closing! Thanks Mike and Hoang for saving the day!

Took my Honda Van for the dashboard warnings with the sensors and camera. He thoroughly checked and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately it could be fixed only by the dealer. He was very honest about it and explained the problem in detail. He waived the diagnostic fee even though he spent about an hour on troubleshooting it.

This was my first time to use the Stress-Free Auto service after doing a few researches from Yelp. Despite the long distance to drive from my location to Sunnyvale service, I did not feel regret of that long distance: the customer service was excellent. Hoang: a technician who was working next to the car had stopped his work to provide me the instruction to the manager office. Managers were nice.
