My engine light went on with my 2012 Fiat 500 and they got me in real quick. It turned out to be a faulty thermostat and other parts. They got it done in 1 day and I was able to use their loaner car to get to work. My car works great now. Great job.

I requested a pre-sale inspection. I tried to book one the same day I bought a used Tesla Model 3 for the next day, as the dealership gave me a 2 day return policy. Luckily, they tried their best and were able to squeeze me in the next morning! The inspection seemed very thorough. It gave me peace of mind to know that they checked it thoroughly and gave me a full report. Everyone I spoke to was kind, friendly, and helpful.

Great service, the job is done very well plus they won't sell the services you don't need. I have a tire replacement and initially got recommended with alignment which makes sense, but the technician found the alignment is still in good shape and takes it off from my bill. definitely recommend if you are looking for a piece of mind.

This was my 2nd experience using Stress-Free, this time for brake pad/rotors repair. Israel who I've spoken with by phone and also at pick-up was very kind and courteous, and Travis was accommodating with matching a reasonable quote I was given on a prior date. I had been going to the same mechanic for over 10 years, but I have to admit these guys have started to win me over for various reasons like quotes, courteousness, and accommodating me w/ ride arrangements while my car is being serviced.

received misleading estimate over the phone, which cost me money and time. if you use them make sure the estimate details are sent via yelp system

My wife used this location for 2018 BMW 330i current only over 70k mileage. This February the car had a a coolant level low light and this location made full diagnosis and replaced the water pump cost $1410. However, last week the car got another coolant low level light and the estimate is now over $1600. The water pump replaced in Feb also got replaced in August 2024 in Stevens Creek Dealership under factory warranty, my wife didn't ask why the water pump got replaced again just over a year new.
