Tessellations has a contract with StressFee in Sunnyvale for our fleet of vans. We bring then on a regular basis for maintenance and repairs. They are outstanding! They give us regular updates on the services and are honest. I like that they don't push you to get things done that don't need to. I am very satisfied with them and will keep bringing our 13 vans to them!

i recently visited stress free auto in sunnyvale for Synthetic engine oil change . The service i got was outstanding. Apart from my service, they proactively mention what is next repair or replace things i have to do. I am very happy the service i got and price was standard. kudos to Technician: Jeffrey Wetzel / Service Advisor: Travis Luu

It was great to get my car in quickly, help with the inspection, and even the offer to drive me home or give me $15 for an Uber. There are a couple problems. First is that other Yelp auto shops messaged me and offered to do an alignment for $150 or lower (I have Tesla Model 3), while Stress-Free charged me $250. Second, they were going to make sure the suspension wasn't off first before doing the alignment to make sure it wasn't the problem. They didn't. Was not happy with the service here. I went in for an alignment. They took forever (hours) to do an extra inspection that I did not ask for. They recommended extra work as urgent ($1000) that was not needed and is not standard. Also the actual thing I went in for (alignment) was worse than when I went in. On top of that they spam with texts and emails like nothing I've ever seen. 0/10 do not recommend. Stress-free strives to give a good experience--but they disappointed me this time. First, the good: Very courteous and service-oriented. When I arrived, the staff told me when my car would be ready, and it was ready when they said it would be. Good communication--he updated me during the process so I knew when the work started and that the car was almost ready. I needed new front brakes for my Porsche Macan. Over the phone they told me they would have the parts for my car. When I arrived for my appointment they didn't have the parts and said they had to "measure" the rotors and then it will take days for the parts to come in. Why didn't they tell me that in advance? Why didn't they just ask over the phone or text? Why can't they just look it up with the year, make, model, and VIN. I've been a customer here for years, but this latest experience was unacceptable. During a recent oil change, the technician overfilled my vehicle with oil, which led to a leak. I had to bring my car to the Mountain View location, where the staff confirmed that the Sunnyvale technician had added an extra quart of oil. Thankfully, they were able to fix the issue.
