My experience at Stress Free Auto Care was absolutely terrible and far from 'stress-free.' The front desk staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional, hanging up on me while I was trying to discuss their outrageous charges and recommended work. Not only was the service expensive, but I also felt completely ripped off on the cost of the parts. Get a second opinion. After I paid over $200 for a diagnostic, Stress-Free quoted me over $1000 for a repair when my car would not run and would need to be towed. Fortunately, friends and family told me that this was predatory. The repair should be under $200 and Stress-Free was tacking on the word "Free" at the cost of $800 extra here. I brought my car in for a new tire and an oil change. This service was fine. Unfortunately, my car had multiple new issues after receiving it back from Stress-Free Auto Care that had never appeared before and would have shown up on the basic inspection. I would not trust them with my vehicle again.

I had a transmission service done here. It didn't fix my issues so I had to go somewhere else to get the transmission repaired. Too bad this shop didn't recognize that and recommend I have my transmission repaired. Oh well. I guess it wasn't their problem.

I had 2 small issues, that weren't enough combined to knock down a star and were more than made up by the rep I was dealing with who was wonderful. Also, I don't give 5 star reviews lightly. 1 - made an appointment online, they ask if you are staying which I was, but then found out it would take all day, which it did. So just something to consider in your planning as it wasn't something I was counting on. i went in to have brakes checked and i could even get into my car when i got there as i had licked key in the car! The guys managed to get the door open with the help of guys next doo. Everybody was very helpful and friendly. The best part was the communication, which was constant, clear and helpful. They were crystal clear on what was working well and areas that needed attention immediately or in near future. i felt no pressure to agree to anything in the moment. Making an appointment online was very easy, and they always send weekly emails to remind you of the upcoming appointment. Check-in went smoothly. Michael was even able to accommodate/add on the Cyber Monday deal that had been emailed to me after I had already made my appointment. The business is also very upfront with your vehicle progress, giving you text and email updates of each completed step completed. Greatly appreciate how they keep you well informed on the status of the vehicle. We've had our share of challenges to determine and repair the oil leaks and through this process they have been accommodating to continue to fix and locate the problem at no additional cost.
