My car needed a certain repair very urgently so it was safe to even drive. I walked in right at opening and was greeted by Michael who was very friendly and accommodating. I showed him the problem and he didn't want me to drive off without fixing it since it was fairly large safety issue. Despite having a full schedule and being short staffed, he made sure that I would be able to get my repair done that day. They stayed opened passed closing hours to make sure they fit my repair in. We had a wonderful experience at Stress-Free Auto Care in Sunnyvale! Michael updated us throughout the whole process and went out of his way to help with a last minute windshield wiper change right before they closed. We truly appreciated all of his help and Lizette did a wonderful job making sure our car was up to par for our upcoming travels! Highly recommend and we will trust all of our car needs with them! This was my first visit and service for my two Toyota automobiles. I had a discount coupon which was applied to both. They treated me and my autos with smiling professionalism. I needed a ride home and back and that was included. I would go back there when needed and recommend them to my friends. It was a good value for the price..
