I requested a pre-sale inspection. I tried to book one the same day I bought a used Tesla Model 3 for the next day, as the dealership gave me a 2 day return policy. Luckily, they tried their best and were able to squeeze me in the next morning! The inspection seemed very thorough. It gave me peace of mind to know that they checked it thoroughly and gave me a full report. Everyone I spoke to was kind, friendly, and helpful.

Great service, the job is done very well plus they won't sell the services you don't need. I have a tire replacement and initially got recommended with alignment which makes sense, but the technician found the alignment is still in good shape and takes it off from my bill. definitely recommend if you are looking for a piece of mind.

Came here for an oil change. They also performed a thorough inspection with many detailed photos. Very good service

This was my 2nd experience using Stress-Free, this time for brake pad/rotors repair. Israel who I've spoken with by phone and also at pick-up was very kind and courteous, and Travis was accommodating with matching a reasonable quote I was given on a prior date. I had been going to the same mechanic for over 10 years, but I have to admit these guys have started to win me over for various reasons like quotes, courteousness, and accommodating me w/ ride arrangements while my car is being serviced.

Tessellations has a contract with StressFee in Sunnyvale for our fleet of vans. We bring then on a regular basis for maintenance and repairs. They are outstanding! They give us regular updates on the services and are honest. I like that they don't push you to get things done that don't need to. I am very satisfied with them and will keep bringing our 13 vans to them!

I had my timing belt and water pump replaced by this shop. They charged me almost $2,000. What bothers me is they did not replace the coolant lost during the repair. Being mechanically inclined, I do my due diligence when it comes to maintenance, so, I checked my coolant reservoir. It was empty. I called, deaf ears answered the phone. I complained via text message and was told they bought and used coolant to replace what was lost. That is a lie. They added zero coolant and that's a recipe for disaster. I went to get an alignment here. They charge much more than other places but it was a convenient place for me to go. Last time I'm going here as not only I had to come back 3 times for my car to run straight(they couldn't hold the steering wheel straight when doing the alignment somehow), they left a steering rack bolt loose which could have cause a serious accident. I'm glad I went somewhere else.

I have to say I have mixed experiences with my brake pad/rotor services... One of the new brake system installed have had problems like constant grinding noise, reversely installed brake pad (yes i did not make this up) and brake pad that making clicking sound whenever I press brake for the 1st time after changing gear (this turns out to be the pad installed is a bit smaller in size and not tightly fitting into the system).
