I had a transmission service done here. It didn't fix my issues so I had to go somewhere else to get the transmission repaired. Too bad this shop didn't recognize that and recommend I have my transmission repaired. Oh well. I guess it wasn't their problem.

I had 2 small issues, that weren't enough combined to knock down a star and were more than made up by the rep I was dealing with who was wonderful. Also, I don't give 5 star reviews lightly. 1 - made an appointment online, they ask if you are staying which I was, but then found out it would take all day, which it did. So just something to consider in your planning as it wasn't something I was counting on. i went in to have brakes checked and i could even get into my car when i got there as i had licked key in the car! The guys managed to get the door open with the help of guys next doo. Everybody was very helpful and friendly. The best part was the communication, which was constant, clear and helpful. They were crystal clear on what was working well and areas that needed attention immediately or in near future. i felt no pressure to agree to anything in the moment. Michael Shum is excellent communicator!!

I didn't coz I've run flat. They said it non repairable. I need to replace the tire. More expensive than I antispicated.

Making an appointment online was very easy, and they always send weekly emails to remind you of the upcoming appointment. Check-in went smoothly. Michael was even able to accommodate/add on the Cyber Monday deal that had been emailed to me after I had already made my appointment. The business is also very upfront with your vehicle progress, giving you text and email updates of each completed step completed. Greatly appreciate how they keep you well informed on the status of the vehicle. We've had our share of challenges to determine and repair the oil leaks and through this process they have been accommodating to continue to fix and locate the problem at no additional cost.

Visited this place 4 times in the last year and a half. Our 2017 Honda Civic was bottoming out on the cracks in the freeway, after driving over deep potholes in Lake Tahoe back roads. 6/19/23 took it to Stress-Free, and they diagnosed the problem as leaking shock absorbers, showing me pictures of the problem. $600 for 2 new shocks for a car with only 21,820 miles? Could not blame the pot holes for all the problem, as we bought this car as a demo back in 2018 with 6500 miles, and you know how customers take it out on loaners ... read more

Made an appointment on their website and brought my car in to get the breaks checked. They did a thorough inspection and applied the cost of the inspection towards the cost of replacing the breaks. The pricing was transparent and fair, and the customer service was very good. The facility itself is very clean and professional, as were the staff.
