The shop was able to get my car in for an inspection very last minute late in the afternoon with a quick turnaround. Many thanks to Mike for the fast and friendly service! I highly recommend this shop!

My car needed a certain repair very urgently so it was safe to even drive. I walked in right at opening and was greeted by Michael who was very friendly and accommodating. I showed him the problem and he didn't want me to drive off without fixing it since it was fairly large safety issue. Despite having a full schedule and being short staffed, he made sure that I would be able to get my repair done that day. They stayed opened passed closing hours to make sure they fit my repair in. We had a wonderful experience at Stress-Free Auto Care in Sunnyvale! Michael updated us throughout the whole process and went out of his way to help with a last minute windshield wiper change right before they closed.
