I had an oil change and general servicing done on my old Mini. A few items were flagged and taken care of quickly. Communication by text is frequent and clear. Pricing ok for level of items addressed.
The shop was able to get my car in for an inspection very last minute late in the afternoon with a quick turnaround. Many thanks to Mike for the fast and friendly service! I highly recommend this shop!

My car needed a certain repair very urgently so it was safe to even drive. I walked in right at opening and was greeted by Michael who was very friendly and accommodating. I showed him the problem and he didn't want me to drive off without fixing it since it was fairly large safety issue. We had a wonderful experience at Stress-Free Auto Care in Sunnyvale! Michael updated us throughout the whole process and went out of his way to help with a last minute windshield wiper change right before they closed. We truly appreciated all of his help and Lizette did a wonderful job making sure our car was up to par for our upcoming travels! Highly recommend and we will trust all of our car needs with them!
