i recently visited stress free auto in sunnyvale for Synthetic engine oil change . The service i got was outstanding. Apart from my service, they proactively mention what is next repair or replace things i have to do. I called for a Transmission service, and they could fit me in within a few days. John was very helpful on the phone and check in. The e-notifications and updated were just right. The on-line inspection report was excellent (very cool tool). Happy with the service and their responsiveness
This is my first time experience at Stress-Free Auto Car for an oil change and I am extremely happy with the service. The manager took the time to explain the service they provide and what to do next. While I was waiting for my car to be done, a customer came to ask for an information. The manager remembered the car and the service he had provided for them a couple of months ago. I found that pretty impressive. I highly recommend SFAC.
