I started going to Stress-Free a few years ago because it's very conveniently located relative to where I live. I am consistently impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of all the employees I talk to, and like that they offer the flexibility of staying or leaving while they are doing repairs/maintenance. I had to take my car in a couple weeks ago to get a flat tire replaced; while there, I was told it would be prudent to have the other three wheels replaced, as well as the front and rear brakes. My first time using stress-free proved to be just that. Mike and his staff was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Mike explained the entire process of what they needed to do to get my Tahoe back up and running. I brought it in due to it overheating. They replaced the warranted parts and fluid needed to get it back on the street. I am new to town and don't know many places yet. Had a brake issue after hours on a Wednesday, dropped my car off the next morning at 8, the mechanic knew what I'd need done within a few minutes and it was ready by the time I was off work for a reasonable price. All communication was done via text which made it easier to respond and keep my mind on work. All the employees were super friendly and got me in and out quickly. It was my first time there. Mike was very helpful so I felt comfortable to leave my car there and when to work.
