Brought my car in for a repeat visit and regular service. Unfortunately, an oil change wasn't done, nor was the oil checked. I left with the 'needs maintenance ' light still glowing on the dash, which was very disappointing since this shop is usually more thorough. I just don't understand how I could bring it in for the regular service that they recommend via the stickers on the inner windshield and have them overlook the basics. Staff was polite and nice. Everything was good. The only thing is the waiting room is really sad. I waited for 3 hours with Wifi - it wasn't so bad. But the sofas are cheap and super uncomfortable. What would be great is to make the waiting area more warm & inviting. Invest in some basic (more comfortable sofas) and install a TV on the wall and even some light background music would change the ambiance
I like the fact that the shop doesn't try to repair things that do not need to be repaired. They do give you a list of recommendations with pricing which is a big plus for me.
