Their team was super helpful and quickly figured out the issue. They explained everything to me so I actually understood what was going on, which I really appreciated. This company takes it's customer service seriously. Bella did a great job explaining the process. The tires were obtained quickly and I was back up and running in one day.

Front desk lady was great. Great overall experience, was very friendly and communicative every step of the way. Would totally come back.
The repair shop I had been going to for 40 years, well the main guy retired and sold the business. I was looking for a new place and a place closer to my home in Milpitas. Stress Free...so far, so good! Had some major work done on my Toyota van and have been very pleased with how it all turned out. I am trying to establish a relationship with Tae like I had with my old guy...someone I can trust to give me the straight scoop on what my car needs for a fair price. So far, so good!

StressFUL & disappointed. I've tried to look past this and held back from writing a review but it has bothered me a lot and is worth pointing out to others considering this place. My first visit was great - I came in with vibration issues on my Tesla M3 that occur mostly during freeway driving.
