Called in last minute for a nail in my tire and making the appointment was quick and easy. The person on the phone told me the repair was $60 with the ability to price match. The person that checked me in, Bella, told me what will be done to the car and told me that the repair was $40 anIt was about an hour wait. I've used Stress Free Auto for an oil change, tire rotation, battery replacement, and filter replacement, and they've been amazing every time. They are always so welcoming, and they keep you meticulously up to date on every phase of the process. I highly recommend them!

Customer service was excellwnt by Tae! I brought my Mustang to get an alignment after a coilover conversion. My tech Faizan did an amazing job. I was updated with pics and video of a visual 5 point inspection of other components in the car! It is everything I wanted done on my car and I left with peace of mind. I was also able ro pay by text wich made my vehicle pick up quicker. I will recommend this place to anyone. Very professional. Thank you for making my experience pleasant.

Honestly, that was the best customer service I have ever received on anything, but especially auto-related. Tae assisted me the entire way, from the initial call all the way through completion and communicated step-by-step. He even went out of the way to make sure I was able to get a loaner vehicle so that I could make my appointment and get the service I needed. Most importantly, I got what I needed fixed. I called into this place at 645am on a Sunday and someone picked up! Amazing start so far.. They had room to fit men in that morning for an oil change and tire rotation. I brought in my car and the gentleman who helped me, probably same guy on the phone went the simple process. He explained what needed to be done and set my expectation for pick up time. Simple, just the way I like it! I picked up my car about 3 hours later and everything was all good. I will defenatley be comming back.

I needed a major service done on my Subaru forester and stress free lived up to their word. They were available on a short notice and had my car done by the afternoon. Customer service is exceptional and the report they texted to me was easy to follow. Overall, highly recommend them.

Tae was very professional & helpful. Got brand new shoes for my car and was in & out the shop within an hour 30. His tech fastened some loose screws he noticed during the inspection, unrelated to why I was there, and topped off the fluids as well. Tae & his tech did their due diligence to make sure my car was thoroughly taken care of. Exemplary customer service!! The lobby has books to keep kids entertained as well as a snack basket, coffee & hot chocolate. Will definitely take my car back for future needs. High recommend!
