Andres helped me with my tires ... he was super helpful and patient... I'm coming in text week for an oil change
Business response:
We are overjoyed to hear Andres made your tire visit smooth! See you next week for that oil change, Johanna!
Andres, and the team was awesome thank you guys for getting my car done within one day !! Definitely will recommend this business and 100% satisfied with the service I requested
Charles and the rest of the service staff were great help... Will be using Cook's for my future service needs!
I'm real picky about where I take my car for service but I decided to check out this new place about a tire problem. I went in for a tire check, tire price and general maintenance check. This is the place to go if you want good care service and honest dealings. They checked my car let me know what they found and gave their honest opinion regarding what was needed. Their customer care team was warm and friendly. If you want to fix or check anything with your vehicle, get a good deal and you want an honest opinion about w... read more
Best service I've gotten of all the car places I've gone to to get repairs and other services. Andres helped me out and managed to get new tires and service my car. I told him my schedule and he worked quickly to get me in and out to make it to work on time. The cost was affordable. Consider me a new regular as I will definitely be coming back.
Came in today with a low tire that ended up having a nail in it. They helped me right away and were very professional and polite. Good prices as well. I would definitely recommend.
Came in for brake service today (Saturday) & the crew went out of their way to get my service started right away. They showed me each step of the way what they recommended and why, no sales pitch (Which I LOVED) Very friendly and accommodating. The shop was clean & organized. The mechanic was VERY knowledgeable & patient with my questions. Impeccable attention to detail and VERY trustworthy. They're located in the corner so easy to find. I will definitely recommend your shop to friends & family.
Great service! Reached via Yelp and within minutes had a response. Arrived earlier than scheduled, within minutes of arriving the car was on the lift and getting worked done. Unlike other mechanic shops, cook's doesn't hound you on what other issues need to get done. Andres was professional and very respectful. The quality of work is worth the price
Noticed that I had a nail in my tire of my brand new truck. A quick Yelp search and I found this gem! I got my tire repaired on my lunch break. Fast, friendly and great customer service. If your in need of tire repair stop by. You won't be disappointed.
