Good honest service at reasonable prices. Great response time. Support this community business.
If I could give this business a 10-star review, I would! They were exceptional with their service and very friendly. As a woman, taking my car to the mechanics can feel like a very daunting experience. As a male dominated field, there are a lot of mansplaining or attempting to take advantage by selling me unnecessary crap. At this location, I didn't receive any of that. I was treated with respect and wasn't questioned about what I knew what my car needed, and I really appreciated that. Additionally, the prices were great g... read more
Fast friendly and dependable service highly recommend getting your next services done here !!
"Wow! Where do I even begin? My experience here was nothing short of amazing! From the friendly greetings the staff gave me when I walked in, to the genuine care they showed for my car, I felt like family from the get-go. The team went above and beyond to fix the braking issue i had with my vehicle, and they even took the time to explain things in a way that I could understand (trust me, I'm not the most car-savvy person). I was happy and I left feeling confident and grateful knowing my car was in great hands. Thanks a milli... read more
Went in to get my tire fixed for a nail in it! Andres was the best and had it fixed within 20 minutes! Super affordable! Will definitely be returning for any other car services!
Very clean, aesthetically pleasing environment! And Andres was great answered all my questions clearly and made me feel confident that him and the shop would come up with a great game plan for my vehicle. I was only asking for service intervals and he was very informed and helpful on when I should plan to bring my vehicle in.
Great customer service and pricing. Andres and his team were friendly and helpful in explaining the issues with my vehicle as well as answering all of my questions. As a young woman, its nice to have found a car place with people I can trust. Definitely will be recommending this place!
Let me just start by saying that as long as Andres is the GM here, Cook's will continue to receive my business. I called before going in and was being quoted for simple tire change. I thought the pricing was fair so Andres let me know to come in and they will get it handled. As soon as I stepped in I was greeted and helped out. Overall had a very straightforward, quick, and easy transaction which I very much appreciated. I strongly dislike going to a service shop and even having to wait for one of the guys to simply come out... read more
