Very professional. Responded in a timely manner very well to messages left. Addressed all of our concerns. We have refinanced several times and have always had a pleasant experience, however, Sun West seemed to have made a special effort to look out for our best interest.

I have a new loan with SunWest and they called me to ensure I had everything set up prior to my first payment. The phone call with my customer service rep (Ben) was very professional, concise, and didn’t include anything “unnecessary.” He was respectful of my time and we covered everything we needed to in a short amount of time. The information explained was thorough and clear.
