I’ve been dealing with an insurance claim and because of the amount I’ve had to also go through SunWest Mortgage. I’ve called in multiple times checking on the status of my claim with them and they have always been so helpful and nice. Denia is ALWAYS such an amazing person to deal with. Nice, funny, has a great attitude. If you call and get Denia you’re in for an amazing experience!

I wanted to say a few words about Sun West Mortgage, normally it has been my experience that the initial experience with many companies is pleasant up until the point where you close a deal but having to encounter customer service afterwards is a bit problematic. This is not the case with Sun West, I have had a few encounters with their customer service department now and have come away with a very good impression on all occasions even the ones where I created the need for a call.
