I don't like Sundance vacation because I pay more then my friends they pay less them me
Although the condo unit inside was pretty clean, the outside looked a little dated with a sharp edge sticking out by the stairs and almost cut my son as he was taking the steps up tobthe 4th floor. The walls in the master bedroom bathroom needs a new coat of paint. There was extreme rust by the toilet. The wall hanging kept falling off the wall in the girls room and almost fell on my daughter when she was sleeping. Customer service use to be good. Now seems like we are bothering them when we call. They talk to us like they are disciplining us. There was no interest to contine us with TAN even though our weeks are officially all booked.
We asked for Ocean front and was told that there wasn’t any available. We requested this and was told it would be honored. And then we ended up with a hotel made into a two room condo which was located on the parking lot side with no view of the ocean. Therefore we didn’t get what we paid for. Also the rooms were musty and had a terrible odor. I had to launder even the clothing we didn’t wear. Very disappointing!!! We had family members with us and it was quite embarrassing. We were pretty happy with our condo. The furniture was a bit dated. The restaurant/bar on site is now closed so your website should be updated to include that. New Bern was really nice but about 20 minutes away.
the rugs were stained and very dirty
Unfortunately we were at the cabin at Ossipee Woods when it was very hot. There was no AC and the fans really did not provide adequate relief. We did not realize from the picture shown that it sat right next to the woods and that was a disappointment to me. (I don't really like the woods) My husband thought it's location was great. The general facilities and exterior of the Landmark Resort are good. Our room, however, had several issues: (1)The most significant issue was the living room carpet: it was deplorable in terms of cleanliness. The carpet was in good condition structurally, it was simply filthy with large dark spots on the beige carpet all over. I have a picture if you would like it. Weeds overgrown on the walkway leading up to the front door. Outdated. Smelled musty. Marked up and dirty walls. Rusty shower head. Soap scum and lime build up in the tub. One tv in the bedroom didn’t work. Mold spots on the ceiling above the dining room table. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and noisy. Washing machine could only fit about 3 towels.
