Nice all-inclusive hotel and attentive staff The staff was very attentive to all of our needs. We were a party of 14 and were treated very well every time we went to a restaurant or were at the pool. They were very polite, from waiters to bellmen to house keeping. We appreciate this level of service, as it enhanced our vacation experience. I wish their shuttle would have taken us to more places other than the other sister hotels, but taxis are cheap. I also wish there weren't as many timeshare tours taking place in the lobby... read more

Mupara el precio muy bien hotel. Deben remodelar algunas habitaciones. La comida muy buena y el personal excelente. Hacen muchas actividades durante el día y en la noche.

Nice hotel beautiful view Staff was Great Thanks to Jesus, Carlos, Francisco, and Dannail, Great job for making our stay Comfortable . The buffet needs some work, the Ocean was beautiful but no way your swimming in it. The air conditioner was cold to cold, turn it off way to hot, but over all lunch and dinner were very good. Would we stay here again no.
