El hotel bien el personal pésimo Qué pena que el personal del hotel no aprecie el turismo nacional, ya que más de una persona no te hacía caso por qué no eres extranjero y no das propinas en dólares
Buen hotel por la relación valor-precio. Excelente tamaño de la habitación (muy amplia) La comida de los restaurantes podría mejorar.
Nice all-inclusive hotel and attentive staff The staff was very attentive to all of our needs. We were a party of 14 and were treated very well every time we went to a restaurant or were at the pool. They were very polite, from waiters to bellmen to house keeping. We appreciate this level of service, as it enhanced our vacation experience. I wish their shuttle would have taken us to more places other than the other sister hotels, but taxis are cheap. Mupara el precio muy bien hotel. Deben remodelar algunas habitaciones. La comida muy buena y el personal excelente. Hacen muchas actividades durante el día y en la noche.

Nice hotel beautiful view Staff was Great Thanks to Jesus, Carlos, Francisco, and Dannail, Great job for making our stay Comfortable . The buffet needs some work, the Ocean was beautiful but no way your swimming in it. The air conditioner was cold to cold, turn it off way to hot, but over all lunch and dinner were very good. Would we stay here again no.

Estancia vacaciones Semana Santa Las instalaciones, la ubicación y el "todo incluído" muy bien, no se podría esperar menos dado lo que cobran. Parte del personal es amable, muchos no lo son (principalmente en el área del lobby y el valet parking). Reservamos 2 habitaciones con 1 mes de anticipación (en una sola reserva) y nos asignaron una en el segundo nivel y otra en el quinto, sin la más mínima intención de solucionar el pequeño inconveniente.

Hotel agradable all inclusive a orillas del mar El hotel cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias aunque no es lujoso. Los buffets son poco variados pero de buena calidad y el snack en la alberca es una excelente idea. El área de playa es amplia y bien vigilada por salvavidas. Hacen una distinción entre socios y no socios pero los beneficios para estos últimos son pocos en realidad.
