I appreciate it being an easy, smooth process from time of check in to being informed about my car status/suggested services to picking my vehicle up. My loaner car smelled like smoke, which my advisor warned me of in advance. That was the only negative, as I didn’t realize how smelly it was going to be.
My service advisor, Alan Rogers, was fantastic. Service was performed on my vehicle while I waited, and it was finished in the expected time frame. My car was clean and beautiful when it was delivered to me.
Excellent Service Adisor. Myron, as always, was extremely knowledgeable, patient and respectful to my concerns. My SUV was washed AND vacuumed very thoroughly!

Chris took care of me. The parts department didn’t order my liftgate parts last Monday so he got me a loaner for 4 days! Repair was completed Monday 12/9. Everything appears to be working properly. I have always been taken care of here since I moved down here 6 years ago!
