Glad to see they finally improved the service waiting area, however, Bell Lexus is still much better

Shane was very helpful and patiently answered my questions. Dealership did not push any service on me which was refreshing.
Karl was the one who helped us the most, and he was very nice to work with. Sean worked with us a little bit, and Justin went out of his way to help us from home when he was off work. The financing process was also very good. I felt as if everyone did their best to help us out. I personally did not speak to Greg, and do not know how he was involved. Wonderful experience! Lorelei took great care in making sure that we were kept updated every step of the way from the first day we stepped into the dealership to the day we took possession of the vehicle which was a couple of months.
