Every thing was good. Shane is a good service advisor
Service advisor was very informative and vehicle was ready when promised.
Car was washed when service was completed. Everything else was completed in a timely manner even though it was very busy that day.

I really appreciate how nice everyone is at the Lexus dealership. Sometimes the wait is longer than anticipated but I always get treated well. It's a nice feeling environment there and my car looked great after getting washed and felt great knowing the most important repairs were taken care of.
