Everything was done to spec. However the Zactac service that I purchased when I got the car seems to attract dirt rather than repel it.
Great experience and as a first time Lexus owner we were impressed with the sales, communication, and overall friendly atmosphere.
The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. The car is always done printing the estimated time, I always have a loaner car if wanted and if not there are always ample refreshments and snacks avyin the waiting area.
