I Purchased 2011,0% APR with good credit. Financier was not honest didn't give me the 0% APR. Now I drive 2011 0% APR Nissan rip off placards. I'll inform members of the 1.2 million ppl. I work with to avoid rip off. I don't recommend the dealeship.
I have bought 2 new cars from this dealer and I must say that each experience has been great. I have had absolutely zero issues with the finance department or sales department. They are friendly and have been upfront and honest with me every time. I got an awesome deal on a new 2010 Altima and could not be happier. I will def recommend this dealership to others and I will be back when I am ready for another car in the future.
I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and I also have them serviced there. They have always been very up front and honest with me. They treat me like a family member and I respect that. I have never felt as comfortable purchasing a vehicle as I have from them and will continue to do business there. They even have appreciation parties from time to time. It's nice to feel appreciated in this market. My daughter will be driving in another year and I think Im going to buy her a Cube from Sutherlin.

The most painful and dishonest thieves I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. Totally regret going there and have them waste my time and money.
I bought 4 vehicles from this dealership and have been bringing vehicles for service for nearly 20 years. Management has changed over the years but this is by far the worst it has ever been. Taking my business elsewhere and will never set foot in this establishment ever again, it is the worst it has ever been. Sales is awful but the Service Dept just flat out sucks. I bought a battery for my nissan GTR on 11/24. I had not driven the car for about a month and the battery was completely dead. My previous battery was original and I never had this issue after a month. I did notice the new battery appeared to be wet on one side. My car is garage stored so I thought that was strange. I was on the phone getting an out-the-door price. Online, the price for the 2024 titan xd pr was $56,000.00 with rebates. Out the door price he said was $69,800!! I will not be doing business with this dealership.
