My husband and I purchased a used vehicle from Premier Nissan Mall of Georgia on 11/11/2023. We paid a dealership vehicle inspection fee around $1400.00. We were told by the manager, Authur, that this fee was to inspect the vehicle. Authur,specifically told us the oil was changed and the vehicle was inspected and all maintenance was done on the vehicle and everything was up to date. Bad experience. Not very ethical. The price we quoted was not the price they tried to give us. We were just looking and they tried to pressure us in buying. Manager very arrogant and not very knowledgeable or helpful when we trying to address our concerns. After we left and shared our experience with others, we heard similar stories with this dealership.
Do not Buy From Premier Nissan Bait and switch. Dishonest . Horrible experience. They are not ethical. They do not stand behind the price on the car and will up charge you to death and horrible rates options.

The shop is terrible no knowledge of nothing went there 3 times for the same issues

Very pushy tactics; Act as if they are giving you the deal of a lifetime when in reality, they lie about multiple things, and when those things come to light, then oh well….you are out of luck. We were told they do ceramic coating. They don’t. We were told all the mats were in the preowned car we bought, they weren’t. They acted as if they were losing money on our trade in, yet they listed it for 10k above what they gave us for it. RECEPTIONIST HAS A BAD ATTITUDE IN THE SERVICE DEPT. WE ARE STILL HAVING ISSUE AFTER HAVING OUT NEW TRANSMISSION PROGRAMMED AND NOW WE HAVE TO PAY FOR A TOW TRUCK TO HAVE IT TAKEN BACK TO YOUR SHOP. THAT IS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER PAYING OVER 3,000.00 FOR THE NEW TRANSMISSION ADN PROGRAMMING.....

Separate charge for oil disposal, not discussed upfront. Refused to rotate my tires. Aggressive calling to persuade me to sell my vehicle when I am just trying to get an oil change.
