I am very unhappy! They took 3 weeks to give me my lease, and are trying to charge me $100 more a month! Then they said I was supposed move in 4 days earlier to get that rate. No one told me! This is not fair to me, and they should honor the price quoted to me on 10/01. I paid all the fees on 10/05. I know a lot of people in south Florida, and I will definitely not recommend this company to anyone unless they make things right.
I am moving from Miami to Fort Lauderdale next week, and I still have not received my lease or my keys! I have paid all of the fees on 10/05/22. I was promised my lease would be ready 10/25/22, and nothing! They replied to my email a day later, it is hard to reach anyone by phone. I have never had this happen to me. I hope to be compensated for this added stress and frustration. I hope living there will be a better experience.
These people are scum lords. Take for everything to respond. Property bellagio is trash. They don’t up keep it. 2 washer and dryers for 48 apartments and they catch on fire ever month. So no one uses it. Cuz they won’t replace it. They are shit
These people are the ABSOLUTE WORSt! I have never felt so hopeless my brother and me have tried over 30 times to get repairs fixed and calls returned. They left us with no fridge for over a month AND STILL COUNTING. They lied about move in costs AND STILL LYING. They lied about the place working and being move in ready AND STILLLLL WONT FIX ISSUES. I no recommend because they no fix anything no lo recomiendo porque nunca arreglan ni hacen nada solo les gustan cobrar y subir renta no son Buenos y no les impotrta el costumer tenant oh lo que sea no los recomiendo
It is a very por service when you request for a service or fix any problem we have in the apartment. they don't take care o worry about anything. charge for things extra that we never not why. very poor way too managed things.
Recommendedno lo recomiendo, pues es una entidad que no realiza el mantenimiento , debido a eso 40 unidades residenciales. fuimos evacuados el 4 de junio.22. estamos sin alguna solución hasta el momento
