Asked to have screens put in the windows as they were missing from day one. Maintenance placed a screen on the windowsill and it doesn’t fit the window. It’s too small.
this is the worst place to live. they do not fix anything. AC haven't worked in 2 months closed the work order and said they fixed it. which they didn't the window in my daughters room won't open going on 4 months so we can't even open the window because of the ac not working. .. the lady at the office is annoyed when anyone calls with issues because there is so many other Apts with same orore issues. she yells to get off the phone. if u live here u will be stress out.
they are the absolute worst I live at the sky villas when I rented this apartment out of desperation I had to scrub and clean the entire place myself as far as maintaining they do nothing it's disgusting and I'm praying to God that he will help me to get out of here the owner and the manager does not give a shit
RecommendedConstance was more concerned in me writing a review before helping me couldn't show me any property kept asking if I did the review , they wanted me to pay the application fee to a apartment I did not see yet and was only showing one picture and when I asked to go see It I got the run around and Never got a call backk definitely don't recommend her or this company
Maintenance is an issue. Takes forever to be addressed.
BE WARE!! There are so many reasons why NOT to live in any of Symphony Residential’s properties. I will try to list a many as I can, but NOTHING is worth living at their properties. First, Rebecca, their “manager” is not equipped or qualified to run any sort of apartment property. She is very hard to get a hold of, and when you finally get through to her by phone, she has no idea about anything. She sounds like a 10 year old speaking. UPDATE!!!!! I had to come back on here and do an update 3 months later. This company is the biggest scammers and scam artists I have ever seen! I was awarded $5k in rental assistance to pay my rent for Covid relief, when Broward county called these people, Lewis, of whom I have never even heard of declined to sign the paperwork for free money. Rats, roaches. Don’t get sucked in. Incompetence from the management to maintenance. That’s a pic of when our toilet flooded are apt and after a year it’s still not fixed …march 2022 and our toilet still has not been repaired
