I highly recommend this group, professional, always kept in touch, sold my home in 6 days, made closing simple, cannot say enough good things. The only thing I suggest is when the person removes the for sale sign they knock on your door, because left 2-3 foot hole and someone could have stepped in it and gotten hurt and sue me.

Maria Hoffman impressed me with her "johhny on the spot " attitude and enthusiasm. I chose her because of the confidence she instilled. Her knowledge of what I needed to do to sell my house was correct and she went out of her way to help get it done especially since I had already moved out of town. This was my first home purchase with Tania Borelli and Maria Hoffman. They were extremely helpful through every step of the home buying process, from recommending a great lender, finding a great selection of townhouses, helping set-up the home inspection, all the way to the signing day! Tampa home group is the best! They went above and beyond what any other realtor has ever done for us or anyone I know. We had them sell our home and bought a new home with their help. We could not have been any happier with our experience. Tania was such a God send to us. We were not familiar with the Tampa area. She helped us from the beginning by guiding us on what areas were best for us right thru the end with helping us line up contractors for the remodel. She always was available to answer our questions.
