Couldn't have asked for a better team. Found the homes that fitted our criteria. We put a contract on the 3rd home we visited and it was accepted fast. Tania Borelli was our realtor and she was very knowledgeable about the area we choose to look in. The paperwork was done fast and she made sure everything was in order ready for closing. Bright, responsive and knowledgeable! Working with John and Maria was a terrific experience. My task was to sell my parents remotely from Colorado. Maria had qualified and reasonable contractors at the ready to spruce up my parents home in order to get top dollar. The home was sold quickly and we set a record high comp in the neighborhood! Can't do better than that!! I would recommend John and Maria without hesitation.

Our listing had expired and we were not happy with our previous agent. Maria called me and spent time going over things on the phone. Then she sent me information that made my decision on choosing a new agent so easy. Her team was incredible! We had an offer within 25 days of listing our house. They all responded within an hour or two to my emails and phone calls. They had all the answers to my questions and were happy (yes, happy) to help us. That's not something that's easy to find today! We worked with Tania Borelli, Maria's associate. She was and still is fabulous to work with. She not only worked with our crazy schedule, but she also negotiated a great deal for us. I had the privilege of working with Tania Borelli. I used to be a realtor in Ohio, so I've met every type of realtor; Tania is the best of the best. I even changed her name to my fairy tale godmother. She makes magic happen and she makes sure her clients are taken care of. Her expertise is bar none, she's accomadating, she's simpler the best.
